Ambro Controls Territory Manager – Texas
Join Ambro Controls, a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions. We’re expanding in Texas and seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and build customer relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
- Meet sales quotas, develop new business, and maintain customer relationships.
- Close new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
- Achieve revenue growth targets in the assigned territory.
- Cultivate relationships with wholesalers and contractors to generate product demand.
- Conduct product demonstrations and attend sales meetings and events.
- Maintain target account list and provide market feedback to management.
- Support marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
Who we are looking for:
- 7-10+ years of sales experience.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Track record of success in new business development.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, with reliable transportation.
- High energy, self-motivated, and organized.
- Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to others’ opinions.
