Ambro Controls Territory Manager – Texas

Join Ambro Controls, a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions. We’re expanding in Texas and seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and build customer relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales quotas, develop new business, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Close new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
  • Achieve revenue growth targets in the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with wholesalers and contractors to generate product demand.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and attend sales meetings and events.
  • Maintain target account list and provide market feedback to management.
  • Support marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.

Who we are looking for:

  • 7-10+ years of sales experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Track record of success in new business development.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, with reliable transportation.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to others’ opinions.
