Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales, product management, account management or technical support within plumbing, gas, electrical or water appliance industries.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience with pricing, margins, forecasting and product performance analysis.
- Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, distributors and trade customers.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead product and market research to identify opportunities for new product development and category growth.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to support new product development and product launches.
- Manage and support an inside sales team focused on merchant engagement, promotions and category sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers and trade customers to support product sourcing and development.
- Analyse sales performance, forecasts and budgets while assisting with marketing strategies to maximise product profitability.
