Italy/French Business Development Manager – Bromic Heating

As we expand our presence in Italy and France, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage Architects & Designers: Initiate cold calls to architects and designers within the hospitality and high-end residential segments. Offer comprehensive education and design support to promote our Bromic Heating solutions.
  • Deliver CPD Training Courses: Conduct educational training CPD (Continuing Professional Development) courses both online and in-person. Organize and execute planned trips to Italy and France to deliver immersive training sessions.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth by actively prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with high-end hotel and restaurant corporate groups.
  • Provide Design Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique heating requirements. Offer tailored solutions and design support to ensure optimal integration of Bromic Heating products.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize insights to develop strategic initiatives and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Who we are looking for:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and French, with business-level proficiency in English. Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in all three languages is essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders in the Italian and French markets.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager role, preferably within the heating or related industry. Proven track record of success in cold calling, prospecting, and achieving sales targets. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Business Development Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business opportunities effectively. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including architects, designers, corporate executives, and internal teams.
  • Strong Planner & Independent Operator: Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Capable of planning and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
