Role Responsibilities:

• Systems Management:
  – Lead ERP, CRM, and SQL Server implementation and maintenance.
  – Tailor systems to meet organizational needs.
  – Ensure smooth operation of SQL Server and Exchange Online.
• Infrastructure Oversight:
  – Manage servers, networks, and security systems.
  – Implement data integrity and backup best practices.
  – Utilize advanced monitoring software.
• Team Leadership:
  – Mentor IT professionals.
  – Conduct performance evaluations.
• Vendor Management:
  – Ensure timely delivery of IT services.
  – Negotiate contracts.
• Security and Strategy:
  – Develop and enforce IT security policies.
  – Implement proactive security measures.
  – Develop IT strategy aligned with business goals.

Who we are looking for:

• Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 experience.
• In-depth ERP knowledge.
• Strong SQL Server expertise.
• Minimum 5 years’ network infrastructure management.
• Problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
• Supply chain industry experience preferred.
• Professionalism, work ethic, and communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers.
• Occasional availability outside regular hours.
