Heating Head of Sales- Canada

Bromic Heating is a global leader in premium outdoor heating solutions, trusted by architects, designers, developers, and builders worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales – Canada to lead our commercial, specification, and eCommerce initiatives across the country. This is a unique opportunity to shape our national strategy, drive growth in key markets, and work closely with a high-performing global team while representing a world-class brand.

Role Responsibilities:

  • National Sales Leadership: Lead all commercial activities across Canada, implement the annual sales plan, and manage KPIs, forecasts, and pricing integrity.

  • Specification Sales & Project Development: Act as the main specification representative, influencing architects, designers, and developers from concept through project close.

  • Channel & Agent Partnership: Work closely with Canadian agents on retail campaigns, dealer development, product training, and project insights.

  • Sales Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent field activity, CRM discipline, and a performance-driven culture.

  • Market Development & eCommerce Oversight: Expand Bromic’s presence in key metros, engage the industry ecosystem, and drive growth through eCommerce, trade events, and targeted verticals.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 7+ years in sales or business development, ideally in specification sales or technical B2B products.

  • Proven experience engaging architects, developers, engineers, and builders.

  • Familiarity with agent/rep networks and team management or mentoring experience.

  • Strong CRM and digital tool proficiency (HubSpot ideal) with a data-driven approach.

  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a collaborative mindset and high accountability.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance fieldwork with strategic planning.

  • Comfortable traveling frequently within Canada and occasionally to the U.S. HQ.

  • Language: English required; French strongly preferred for Quebec markets.
