Direct-to-Consumer Sales AU & NZ – Heating

We’re looking for a Direct-to-Consumer Sales Representative to join our Bromic Heating team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of direct sales channels, engage with homeowners, and drive exceptional customer experiences — all while growing your career within an innovative and internationally respected company.

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage Leads: Contact homeowner enquiries across AUS & NZ via phone, email, and chat to understand needs and recommend the right Bromic Heating solutions.

• Drive Sales: Manage opportunities from first contact to purchase, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Deliver Great Experiences: Build trust, provide expert product advice, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional buying journey.

• Manage eCommerce: Oversee Bromics online store to ensure accurate orders, quick responses, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to refine processes, share feedback, and enhance results.

Who we are looking for:

• A motivated and customer-focused professional with at least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.

• Clear and confident communicator who builds rapport easily and delivers exceptional service.

• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs and digital sales tools.

• Results-driven with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

• Passionate about creating positive customer experiences and representing a premium brand.

• Experience or interest in outdoor living or high-end home products is an advantage.
