Digital Marketing Lead – PG and RF

Bromic Group is home to some of the most trusted plumbing, gas, and refrigeration brands in Australia and around the world. We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Lead, based in Sydney, to drive demand generation, manage multi-channel digital campaigns, and elevate the online presence of our Plumbing & Gas and Refrigeration business units. Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive awareness, leads, and conversions.

  • Create and Optimise Campaign Assets: Develop ad creatives, refine copy, and build high-converting landing pages within the CMS.

  • Improve Website UX & SEO: Enhance user experience and implement SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and conversion rates.

  • Manage CRM & Automation: Build targeted email campaigns and automated workflows (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign) to nurture and convert leads.

  • Strengthen Audience Targeting: Segment audiences using behavioural and demographic data to deliver personalised, high-impact content.

  • Analyse Performance: Track KPIs across all digital channels using GA4, Ahrefs, Hotjar and more, optimising campaigns based on insights.

  • Report on ROI: Maintain dashboards and provide clear reporting on campaign effectiveness, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Who we are looking for:

  • A skilled digital marketer with tertiary qualifications in marketing (or related field) and at least 3 years’ experience across PPC, social media, SEO/SEM, and website optimisation.

  • A hands-on technical marketer confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, GA4, SEMrush, and data-driven decision-making.

  • A strong content creator and communicator with excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce engaging digital assets.

  • A proactive, organised self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects to completion.

  • A collaborative and adaptable team player who builds strong relationships, embraces change, solves problems resourcefully, and thrives in a multi-brand environment.
