Credit Controller

This Sydney based role presents an exciting opportunity for you to join a fast-paced, detail-driven team where you’ll manage accounts, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Allocate incoming payments and manage customer accounts across 9 entities.
  • Set up new accounts, conduct credit checks, and recommend credit limits.
  • Process direct debits and calculate monthly customer rebates.
  • Resolve invoice issues and liaise with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, prepare reports, and meet month-end deadlines.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a Finance team as a Credit Controller – or less for the right person!

The ideal candidate is:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and numerical ability.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and computer-literate across key tools.
  • Organised multitasker with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
