Creative and Design Specialist – Heating

Bromic Heating is a global leader in premium outdoor heating solutions, trusted by designers, architects, and customers around the world. We are seeking a talented Creative & Design Specialist to join our Irvine, California office. In this role, you will develop high-quality, on-brand creative across digital, print, retail, and event channels, collaborating with global and regional teams to bring campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to life.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create On-Brand Assets: Produce high-quality creative for digital, print, retail, and events, ensuring consistency with global brand standards and local market needs.

  • Regional Adaptation: Tailor creative content for different markets, including video editing, layout adjustments, translations, and cultural relevance.

  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with brand and regional teams across time zones to deliver campaigns, launches, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Design Excellence: Apply expert-level principles in typography, color, composition, and brand identity to elevate all customer touchpoints.

  • Asset Management & Production Support: Organize digital libraries, maintain version control, and support global photo/video production while leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted design tools.

Who we are looking for:

  • Qualified Designer: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, or related field, with 5–7 years’ professional experience in brand building, art direction, or marketing communications.

  • Adobe & Multimedia Skills: Advanced in Photoshop and InDesign; working knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-assisted creative tools.

  • Design Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand systems, with experience maintaining consistency across global and multicultural touchpoints.

  • Production & Digital Knowledge: Skilled in creating production-ready print and digital assets for multiple channels, including web, mobile, email, social, retail, and events.

  • Attention to Detail & Collaboration: Excellent editing, writing, and proofreading skills; highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across global teams.
