The Commercial Specification Sales role is vital to increase Bromic Heating brand awareness in the architectural realms.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Increase Bromic Heating brand awareness in architectural circles using lead generation tools, presentations, and attendance at trade events.
  • Review specifications and drawings to determine heating requirements, offering guidance to clients through site visits and communication.
  • Collaborate with Head of Product & Brand to identify market opportunities and build relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
  • Introduce Bromic Heating products, nurture client relationships, and provide technical consultation.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by managing specifications and assisting with product selection.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor products, updating knowledge through educational opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales or specification roles.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, confidently present to clients, and sell on value.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, computer literacy, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in sales budgeting, multitasking, and problem resolution.
  • Forward-thinking and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
