Bromic Heating is a global leader in premium outdoor heating solutions, known for design excellence, performance, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Product Manager – Heating to join our team in Irvine, California. This role will play a critical part in shaping the product portfolio, driving channel performance, and partnering with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver sustainable growth across global markets.
Manage Sales Channels & Key Accounts
Develop and execute channel strategies for distributors and e-retail partners, managing relationships, performance, promotions, MAP compliance, and inventory health.
Drive Market & Customer Insights
Act as the voice of the customer by analyzing POS data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Own Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and manage the commercial product strategy and roadmap, aligning market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities with growth objectives.
Lead Product Lifecycle & Launches
Oversee go-to-market execution for new launches and enhancements, including pricing, packaging, positioning, and SKU rationalization.
Optimize Performance & Profitability
Track KPIs across products and channels, evaluate ROI, and partner with leadership to improve adoption, margins, and overall portfolio performance.
Well-Qualified Product Leader
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with 5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally within premium or durable goods.
Proven Product Strategist
Demonstrated success launching, scaling, and managing products across their lifecycle, with a strong understanding of pricing, demand planning, and revenue forecasting.
Analytical & Commercially Minded
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data, financial models, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
Collaborative Communicator
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams.
Technically & Operationally Savvy
Experienced with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and familiar with Agile methodologies and product management tools, with flexibility to travel regularly (30–40%) including internationally.
