Channel Manager – Heating

Join Bromic Heating as our U.S. Sales Channel Manager, based in Irvine, where you’ll lead the growth and performance of our distributor and Tier 1/Tier 2 dealer network nationwide. This high-impact role will drive retail and showroom expansion, manage key national accounts like Best Buy and BBQGuys, and build a scalable channel strategy to accelerate our presence in the premium outdoor heating market.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor and dealer relationships across strategic U.S. markets, ensuring performance through regular reviews and scorecards.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Tier 1 and Tier 2 channel partners to drive engagement and growth.
  • Execute sell-through programs and product training, including showroom visits to boost dealer performance.
  • Identify and address underperforming partners, implementing corrective actions or transitions as needed.
  • Roll out Bromic’s branded in-store presence across top U.S. dealers, ensuring full SKU representation and merchandising activation.
  • Target and onboard new high-potential dealers in luxury outdoor living, kitchen & patio, and landscape supply sectors.
  • Manage national retail accounts, driving revenue growth through assortment planning and promotional strategies.
  • Own annual planning and quarterly reviews with national partners, aligning on performance goals and growth initiatives.
  • Scout and launch new strategic channel partners, developing go-to-market plans to scale Bromic’s presence in new retail segments.
  • Represent Bromic at trade events and dealer summits, championing the brand and attracting high-value partners.

Who we are looking for:

  • Channel expert – 7+ years of U.S. experience in sales or channel management within premium consumer durables or outdoor living categories.
  • Dealer-savvy – Deep understanding of distributor dynamics, national accounts, and showroom merchandising.
  • Solution-oriented – Brings a proactive, “do what it takes” attitude to drive results and resolve challenges.
  • Commercially sharp – Skilled in sell-through strategies, feature-based selling, and spotting market opportunities.
  • Organized and agile – Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong multitasking and planning skills.
  • Technically confident – Able to grasp product specs and communicate value clearly to partners and customers.
  • Collaborative communicator – Maintains open, honest communication and builds trust across teams and stakeholders.
