Business Development Manager – DACH Heating

Join Bromic Heating as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in expanding our presence across the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to build strong relationships, influence specifications, and grow our premium outdoor heating solutions within the hospitality, design, and construction sectors.

Role Responsibilities:

• Market Development & Specification: Build relationships with architects, designers, hospitality stakeholders, and installers. Drive product specification through technical presentations, CPD sessions, and project recommendations.
• Business Development: Identify and convert new opportunities, manage a structured pipeline, develop territory plans, and achieve sales targets through value-based selling.
• Channel Development: Strengthen distribution partnerships, support project conversion, and deliver partner training to increase product knowledge and market growth.
• Brand Representation: Represent Bromic at trade events, industry functions, and customer presentations while building brand awareness within design and hospitality communities.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, and provide regular pipeline and market insights.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, specification sales, or a similar role with proven success in growing new and existing business.
• Fluent German and English communication skills with experience managing the DACH region.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence technical decisions and specifications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive “do what I need to do to provide a solution” attitude and ability to work independently.
• Experience in hospitality, construction, premium technical products, architecture, or technical sales is highly advantageous.
