Benelux/DACH Business Development Manager – Bromic Heating

As we expand our presence in Europe, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Architects & Designers: Initiate outreach to architects and designers within the high-end residential segment through cold calling, offering comprehensive education and design support services.
  • Deliver CPD Training Courses: Conduct educational Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses both online and in-person, with scheduled trips to Italy and France, aimed at enhancing product knowledge and fostering partnerships.
  • Market Penetration: Execute strategic plans to penetrate the Benelux/DACH markets, identifying key opportunities for Bromic Heating solutions within the residential sector.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Demonstrate proficiency in achieving and surpassing sales targets, leveraging cold calling techniques and relationship-building strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a reliable resource for information, support, and consultation throughout the sales cycle.

  • Business Development Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a proactive approach to market expansion and revenue generation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities across diverse audiences, capable of effectively conveying technical information and value propositions to architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Planner: Methodical and detail-oriented individual with the capacity to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Independent Operator: Self-motivated and autonomous professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment, capable of driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
  • Language Proficiency & Sales Experience: Fluent in Dutch and German, with business-level proficiency in English, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a Business Development Manager role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful cold calling and achievement of sales targets.
