HR Generalist – USA/EU

Bromic is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our Heating business at our Irvine, CA office, supporting both the USA and EU teams. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment, bringing initiative, problem-solving skills, and a passion for people. You’ll be involved across the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and culture initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced & Hands-On – 5–7 years’ HR experience supporting 30–50+ employees, preferably in an SME environment, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• HR Expertise – Solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills – High emotional intelligence, professional and mature communication style, able to build trust across teams.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver HR processes efficiently and accurately.
• Adaptable & Resilient – Comfortable working independently in a fast-changing environment, remaining composed under pressure and driving results.

Role Responsibilities:

• HR Operations & Compliance – Maintain employee records, manage HR systems (e.g., HRM, 15Five), and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Talent Acquisition – Lead full-cycle recruitment for USA and EU roles, from job definition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Culture & Engagement – Drive engagement initiatives, coordinate employee events, and champion Bromic’s core values (PAIPIC).
• Performance Management & Employee Relations – Support OKR setting, feedback cycles, and performance improvement processes while advising on grievances and employee concerns.
• HR Strategy & Advisory – Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, labor law compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
