Role Responsibilities:

Qualify and Develop Sales Leads – Manage inbound enquiries, assess customer needs, research prospects, and create sales opportunities that align with Bromic Heating solutions.

Manage Customer Relationships – Maintain a structured call schedule, promote product lines, expand sales with existing accounts, and ensure customers are serviced effectively.

Prepare and Follow Up on Quotations – Generate accurate quotes, track progress, and convert enquiries into profitable sales while maintaining sustainable margins.

Provide Market Insights – Collaborate with the sales team, share competitive intelligence, and contribute to future market strategies and growth opportunities.

Maintain Accurate Customer Data – Update CRM records, ensure data completeness, and support ongoing business development with accurate account information.
Who we are looking for:

Customer-Focused Sales Professional – Minimum 2 years’ sales experience with a proven record of delivering service that goes above and beyond.

Strong Communicator – Excellent phone manner, written and verbal skills, able to explain ideas clearly and build lasting relationships.
