Technical Product Manager – Heating

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end technical support across electrical, mechanical, and app-based systems, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and a strong customer-first approach.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues, escalating complex cases when necessary and following through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on warranty replacements, service requests, and product performance validation.
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation, including manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides, based on customer feedback.
  • Support global after-sales service, addressing technical inquiries and warranty claims with accuracy and care.
  • Share product insights and recurring issues to enhance support processes and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Who we are looking for:

  • Technically strong – Background in engineering with solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems.
  • Experienced professional – 3–5 years in technical product management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Customer-focused – Committed to delivering solutions with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Problem solver – Resourceful and analytical, able to troubleshoot complex issues and find effective resolutions.
  • Clear communicator – Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Digitally capable – Proficient in ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft NAV & CE), with strong technical documentation skills.
