Production Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, optimise production processes, and drive a high-performing team committed to quality and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead Production – Plan, schedule, and oversee operations to meet performance targets.
• Maximise Efficiency – Coordinate staff and resources to boost productivity.
• Ensure Quality & Control Costs – Maintain high standards while identifying savings.
• Manage Inventory – Oversee storage, shipments, and accurate stock records.
• Drive Customer & Team Success – Deliver excellent service and motivate your team.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experienced Production Professional – Minimum 3 years in medium- to large-scale production assembly, with strong knowledge of production methods and procedures.
• Organised Multi-Tasker – Skilled at planning, prioritising, and managing multiple work streams while meeting deadlines.
• Analytical Problem-Solver – Able to assess situations, find solutions, and contribute effectively to projects.
• Strong People Leader – Motivates teams to perform at their best, communicates clearly, and delivers excellent internal and external service.
• Safety- and Tech-Savvy – Committed to WHS, proficient in ERP systems, and confident with computer-based tools
