Supply Chain Material Planner

Join our team as a Supply Chain Material Planner to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products by managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Scheduling: Manage supply schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal levels of spare parts, assembly items, accessories, and finished goods. Review safety stocks and MOQs regularly.
  • Purchase Orders: Identify stock gaps, place purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Communication: Coordinate daily with global stakeholders, including suppliers, sales, customer service, and warehouse teams. Update relevant parties on production delays or issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance efficiencies and focus efforts where needed most.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle diverse personalities.
  • Willingness to attend after-hours calls with global partners.
