Role Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing approximately 400-500 accounts across the plumbing and gas sectors. Your main responsibilities will include:

– Identifying opportunities in collaboration with your manager and executing strategies to maximise sales revenue
– Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and text, and using the most effective communication method for each customer.
– Adapting and adjusting tactics as necessary to optimise customer engagement and achieve sales targets.
– Driving targeted marketing campaigns based on channel, category, and customer segments, measuring their effectiveness and making adjustments to maximise results.
