The Insides Sales Executive role is a perfect opportunity for someone beginning their career in sales!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads, understanding customer needs, and qualifying leads for sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and create sales opportunities by assessing inbound leads for fit and interest in Bromic Heating products.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Bromic products, applications, and installation procedures.
  • Conduct thorough research on leads prior to engagement for enhanced effectiveness.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule to ensure all customers receive appropriate service levels.
  • Actively promote all relevant Bromic product lines to inbound customers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services while ensuring sustainable profit margins.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and challenges, with strong negotiating skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Industry knowledge and forward-thinking mindset.
