Heating Retail Channel Manager – United States

We are seeking a Retail Channel Manager for Heating US division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing sales opportunities together with liaising with internal and external customers to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Aim to meet all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining high standards regarding Safety and Compliance in accordance with all regulations and company policies/procedures.
  • MAP management & enforcement and Sell-thru POS data collection & analysis.
  • Amazon marketplace management – market/brand analysis, IDQ management, search optimization, campaign strategy & planning, product set up and lifecycle management.
  • On-line Retailer management – Bromic Heating USA, Woodland, BBQ Guys.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in business development and/or sales representative roles where service over and above the norm is a requirement.
  • Ability to find and sense new opportunities/challenges.
  • Proven record of selling on features & benefits, and not just price.
  • Dealing with ambiguity – works comfortably in an environment where information or direction is limited or unclear.
  • Consults with others – facilitates discussion and interaction to achieve involvement and contribution of others.
